Description of Neutral Plus:

ESSRBOND 228 NP (Neutral Plus) is neutral cure, premium performance silicone sealant designed for gap filling and sealing in a wide range of use in building and construction. It combines the advantages of outstanding adhesion to building materials and non-corrosive and odorless

3. No cracking or shrinking,
4. Water resistant,
5. Very low Odor and non-corrosive
6. Excellent flexibility and adhesion to numerous porous and non-porous
7. Substrates for large scale construction and glazing applications.
8. Resistant to temperature extremes (-50 °C to +160 °C).
9. Fast curing, low modulus, high elasticity.
10. High viscosity non slump formula.

Applications:

1. Weather sealing and joint sealing for walls, windows and doors.
2. Glass to glass and glass to aluminium sealing.
3. Sealing applications in kitchens and bathrooms.
4. Sealing of connection joints in building industry (brick, wall, concrete, PVC, wood, glass etc.)
