CGSEAL VIC 152 Duct Sealant 

Description:

CGSEAL VIC 152 is an extremely flexible, water based, indoor / outdoor sealant for use on low, medium and high velocity ducts to form a durable seal against air leakage. It forms a strong bond to clean galvanized, aluminium or mild steel ducts. CGSEAL VIC 152 is non-toxic, non- hazardous and being water based it is also non-flammable.

CGSEAL VIC 152 is used at Corner gaps between the connector frame and duct section, longitudinal seam and duct wall penetrations

Applications: 

All surfaces should be free from oil, grease and thoroughly cleaned and dried before application of sealant. It is supplied in a special thixotropic consistency that allows easy application by brush, trowel or caulking gun. Assembly should be cured for 24 to 48 hours before pressure testing.
